| Abstract: | SUMARRIES. A report on the history and the activity of the Restoration Workshop of the Deutsche Bücherei in Leipzig; is given. It ends in an outlook how the "industrialized restoration of paper" can he reached by combining mechanized wet treatment as just in practice in certain workshops in West Germany, leaf casting at the conveyor belt as developed in Copenhagen and mechanized paper splitting according to the Leipzig technique. |
