Abstract:CONCLUSION. The subject of this diploma thesis was to compare actual knowledge dealing with effects of bacterial damage of chips on final properties (physical-mechanical). Attention was focused on kraft cooking process, evaluation of unbleached chemical pulp and also changes of chemical pulp properties upon oxidative style processing of unbleached chemical pulp was mentioned. Microscopical analysis evidently suggest to fungi erosive influence followed by dissolving of cell walls and creation of holes. Thus increases loss of the weight and rasing porosity in samples which allows cooking solutions go through not only in trachea direction but also in the direction of pits and bordered pits.
