| Abstract: | SUMMARIES. Biological damage to books and other materials is a serious problem in libraries and archives, as are the associated health risks for people. Data on different environmental factors in libraries and archives in Estonia is presented. The objectives of the study were to enhance the preservation manager's understanding of environmental issues, increase the capacity of libraries and archives to address these issues, as well as develop equipment, information and data to assist in solving environmental problems. |
